- Item/Service yang dibutuhkan untuk pengadaan sudah tersedia Material Code nya di SAP, jika belum silakan Submit Create New Material Code via SCM Ticket (MDM team)
- Nomor Contract / Outline Agreement yang didapat dari Source List yang di-create oleh Procurement
