5.Klik “Message Details“

6.Tambahkan message baru (ketik: NEU>> VN, Enter)

7.Logical destination: LOCL, Enter

8.Klik Save. Notes for Buyer: PO tidak perlu di-print out lagi karena PDF PO Form bisa didapatkan dari:

-[Untuk Vendor] unlimited download PO & supporting document via system (Supplier Self Service, di SRM) sejak tahun 2020

-[Untuk Internal] di dalam email notifikasi otomatis PO Final Release yang terkirim ke PO Creator /Dept. Head sudah terlampirkan PDF PO Form. Supporting document yang terlampir di masing-masing PO bisa di cek dengan t-code ME23N (Display PO) di SAP Approver:

1.Unrelease PO dengan akses t-code ME28

2.Centang box "Cancel Release“ (un-check box lainnya)

3.Isi Scope of List: ALV

4.Execute

5.Un-check hijau release pada masing-masing PO yang hendak diproses Unrelease (simbol nya menjadi centang pensil seperti sebelum release PO)

6.(tidak ada SAVE) maka lansung klik tombol “Exit Window”.
