Artinya setiap user dapat meminta bantuan atau komplain kepada tim SCM Digitization & Vendor Management terkait kendala yang sedang dihadapi saat menggunakan sistem e-supplier (SRM). Aplikasi ini berbasis web based dan bisa diakses secara online oleh user yang sudah di daftarkan.

Partner Service Desk is an application where help request or complaint can be done independently. It means that every user can ask for help or complaint to SCM Digitization & Vendor Management team related to problems encountered when using e-supplier (SRM) system. This application is web based and can be accessed online by registered user.
