Saat membuat e-invoice, user kadangkala menghadapai masalah yang dapat menghambat proses penagihan.

Mohon pastikan untuk menggunakan browser Mozilla Firefox. Apabila belum menggunakan Mozilla Firefox, klik logout lalu login kembali menggunakan Mozilla Firefox

Salah satunya adalah muncul notifikasi error : Reg. Tax Number can not double...

Hal ini muncul apabila PO akan ditagihkan menggunakan 2 e-invoice atau lebih, tapi hanya ada 1 faktur pajak.

Apabila muncul hal ini, mohon melakukan langkah-langkah di bawah ini.

1. Klik tab overview (di sebelah kiri tab attachment), scroll ke bawah sampai ada kolom Reg. Tax Number
2. Ganti titik dengan tanda minus dan/atau sebaliknya.
3. Sebagai contoh, apabila Reg. Tax Number adalah xxx.xxx-xx.xxxxxxxx, maka untuk e-invoice ke dua bisa di input xxx-xxx-xx.xxxxxxxx, untuk invoice ketiga bisa di input xxx.xxx.xx.xxxxxxxx, dan seterusnya
4. Pastikan semua kolom sudah di isi dengan benar dan juga lampiran sudah di upload, lalu klik Save

One of the problem is error notification : Reg. Tax Number can not double...

This problem occurs whenever a PO will be billed using 2 e-invoices or more, but only have 1 Reg. Tax Number.

Whenever this problem occurs, please follow below steps.

1. Click overview tab (left hand side of attachment tab), scroll down until Reg. Tax Number column appear
2. Replace a dot or a period with a dash or minus sign
3. For example, if Reg. Tax Number is xxx.xxx-xx.xxxxxxxx, please imput xxx-xxx-xx.xxxxxxxx for second e-invoice, input xxx.xxx.xx.xxxxxxxx for third e-invoice, and so on
   
4. Ensure that all of the column are filled correctly and also the attachments are uploaded and then click save
