Saat membuat e-invoice, user kadangkala menghadapai masalah yang dapat menghambat proses penagihan.

Mohon pastikan untuk menggunakan browser Mozilla Firefox. Apabila belum menggunakan Mozilla Firefox, klik logout lalu login kembali menggunakan Mozilla Firefox

Salah satunya adalah muncul notifikasi error : PO is still being processed.

Hal ini terjadi karena PO sedang ada yang memproses.

Apabila muncul hal ini, mohon melakukan langkah-langkah di bawah ini.

  1. Klik cancel dan jangan menyimpan e-invoice tersebut
  2. Tutup semua window dan/atau tab lain yang berkaitan dengan e-supplier, kecuali halaman awal e-invoice
  3. Logout
  4. Login kembali menggunakan browser Mozilla Firefox
  5. Submit kembali e-invoice
  6. Apabila masih muncul notifikasi error yang sama, lakukan kembali langkah 1 sampai 3 dan tunggu sekitar 30 menit sebelum melakukan langkah 4 dan 5

When submitting e-invoice, user sometime facing some issues that can disrupt invoicing process.

Please ensure to use Mozilla Firefox browser. If it is still using other than Mozilla Firefox, click logout and then re-login using Mozilla Firefox

One of the problem is error notification : PO is still being processed.

This error notification appear because someone is processing the PO.

Whenever this problem occurs, please follow below steps.

  1. Click cancel and do not save the e-invoice
  2. Close other window(s) and/or tab(s) related to e-supplier, except e-invoice initial page
  3. Logout
  4. Re-login using Mozilla Firefox browser
  5. Submit e-invoice again
  6. If error notification still appear, please conduct step 1 to 3 and wait for about 30 minutes before conducting step 4 and 5
