Saat akan memasukkan harga di e-bidding, user kadangkala menghadapai masalah yang dapat menghambat proses penawaran.

Mohon pastikan untuk menggunakan browser Mozilla Firefox. Apabila belum menggunakan Mozilla Firefox, klik logout lalu login kembali menggunakan Mozilla Firefox

Salah satunya adalah tombol Participate di e-bidding tidak muncul setelah muncul halaman baru Display RFx.

Mohon melakukan langkah-langkah di bawah ini agar bisa submit harga saat tombol Participate  tidak muncul.

1. Pastikan sudah ada e-mail yang diterima dari Smartfren di alamat e-mail yang terdaftar, yang berisikan event number atau nomor RFx. Nomor RFx atau event number biasanya berawalan 31xxxxxxxx atau 35xxxxxxxx
   
2. Di halaman Display RFx, cek di sisi kanan atas (dan di bawah tombol participate, create response, dsb nya) apakah ada angka warna biru yang diawali angka 6xxxxxxxxx atau tidak. Angka tersebut biasanya ada di sisi kanan halaman Display RFx dan ada di sebelah kanan tulisan Response number. Apabila ada angka tersebut maka silahkan ke langkah 3, atau ke langkah 6 apabila angka tersebut tidak ada
3. Klik angka tersebut sehingga muncul halaman baru
4. Klik tombol Edit di kiri atas
5. Silahkan melanjutkan proses input harga di e-bidding
6. Klik Create Response.
   
7. Kalau muncul halaman baru setelah klik Create response (sesuai dengan yang ada di tutorial e-bidding untuk bidder) maka lanjutkan proses untuk submit harga, atau lanjutkan ke langkah 8 apabila tidak muncul halaman baru atau tidak bisa Create response
8. Logout, tutup semua window dan/atau tab berkaitan dengan e-supplier, lalu login kembali dengan user ID yang lainnya
9. Sebagai contoh, apabila awalnya login menggunakan user ID VD123456789A, maka coba login menggunakan user ID VD123456789B
10. Setelah login, silahkan klik RFx and auctions dan lanjutkan proses untuk submit harga.
11. Apabila Event number atau nomor RFx tidak muncul, silahkan mengikuti langkah-langkah yang ada di dalam link ini
    
12. Apabila tombol Participate masih tidak ada, silahkan melakukan kembali langkah 2 sampai 6 di atas
13. Kalau muncul halaman baru setelah klik Create response (sesuai dengan yang ada di tutorial e-bidding untuk bidder) maka lanjutkan proses untuk submit harga, atau lanjutkan ke langkah 14 apabila tidak muncul halaman baru atau tidak bisa Create response
14. Mohon berkoordinasi dengan buyer Smartfren atau tim Support Smartfren untuk mengecek user ID yang diundang di dalam Event number atau RFx

When submitting price in e-bidding, user sometime facing some issues that can disrupt bidding process.

Please ensure to use Mozilla Firefox browser. If it is still using other than Mozilla Firefox, click logout and then re-login using Mozilla Firefox

One of the problem is Participate button in e-bidding does not appear, after new page Display RFx appear.

Please follow below steps to submit price when there is no Participate button in e-bidding.

1. Please ensure that an e-mail from Smartfren has been received in registered e-mail address, informing about event number or RFx number. Event number or RFx number usually starts with 31xxxxxxxx or 35xxxxxxxx
2. In Display RFx page, please check top right side (and below participate button, create response button, etc) for any blue-colored number started with 6xxxxxxxxx. That number usually located on right hand side of Display RFx page and beside Response number. If that number appeared go to step 3, or to step 6 if that number did not appear
3. Click number mentioned in step 2, so new page appear
4. Click Edit button on top left side
5. Please continue e-bidding process
6. Click Create response button
7. If new page appeared after clicking Create response button (as in e-bidding for bidder tutorial) then please continue e-bidding process, or go to step 8 if new page did not appear nor Create response
8. Logout, close all windows and/or tabs related to e-supplier, and then re-login using another user ID.
9. For example, if initially logging in using user ID VD123456789A, then try login using user ID VD123456789B
10. After logging in, please click RFx and auctions and continue e-bidding process
11. If Event number or RFx number did not appear, please follow the steps within this link
12. If Participate button did not appear, please follow step 2 until 6 above.
13. If new page appeared after clicking Create response button (as in
    e-bidding for bidder tutorial) then please continue e-bidding process,
    or go to step 14 if new page did not appear nor Create response
14. Please coordinate with Smartfren buyer or support team to check user ID being invited in Event number or RFx number
