Saat membuat e-invoice, user kadangkala menghadapai masalah yang dapat menghambat proses penagihan.

Mohon pastikan untuk menggunakan browser Mozilla Firefox. Apabila belum menggunakan Mozilla Firefox, klik logout lalu login kembali menggunakan Mozilla Firefox

Salah satunya adalah muncul notifikasi error : Please include at least 1 line to save this invoice.

Error ini muncul saat sedang membuat e-invoice baru dan klik save untuk bisa submit e-invoice.

Apabila muncul hal ini, mohon melakukan langkah-langkah di bawah ini.

a. Klik tab overview (di sebelah kiri tab attachment), scroll ke bawah sampai muncul tabel

b. Cek apakah di dalam tabel muncul line item yang dapat dipilih atau tidak

c. Jika muncul line item yang dapat dipilih lanjutkan ke langkah d dan e, atau ke langkah f sampai h kalau tidak muncul line item yang dapat dipilih

d. Pastikan kotak kecil di bawah kolom include di dalam tabel di-tick. Apabila belum ter-tick, klik kotak kecil tersebut sehingga ter-tick

e. Klik save

f.  Klik cancel dan jangan menyimpan e-invoice tersebut

g. Ikuti langkah-langkah mulai dari langkah 2 sampai 25 dari tutorial di dalam link ini

h. Membuat e-invoice baru lagi setelah semua masalah diselesaikan dengan mengikuti langkah-langkah di dalam tutorial yang disebutkan pada poin g

When submitting e-invoice, user sometime facing some issues that can disrupt invoicing process.

Please ensure to use Mozilla Firefox browser. If it is still using other than Mozilla Firefox, click logout and then re-login using Mozilla Firefox

One of the problem is error notification : Please include at least 1 line to save this invoice.

This error notification appear when user create new e-invoice and click save to submit e-invoice

Whenever this problem occurs, please follow below steps.

a. Click overview tab (left hand side of attachment tab), scroll down until a table appear

b. Check in the table whether there are line item(s) that can be chosen or not

c. If there are line item(s) that can be chosen go to step d and e or go to step f to h if there are no items to be chosen from

d. Ensure that small box under include column in the table is ticked. If it is not ticked yet, click that small box so it is ticked

e. Click save

f.  Click cancel and do not save the e-invoice

g. Follow steps starting from step 2 until 25 from tutorial within this link

h. Create new e-invoice after all of the problems solved by following steps within tutorial in point g
